Welcome to the first Creative Manaaki Winter Series where you get to discover your creativity in 15 workshops, experience six Art for Everyone art exhibitions across the district and meet the artists at exhibition openings.
Embrace Winter by taking some creative time out with friends and family and enjoy learning a creative skill with our friendly arts tutors, Choose from an exciting lineup of children’s and adults workshops, taught by practising artists, either at their studio or in community venues. Each small group workshop caters for all skill levels including beginners.
Art for Everyone exhibitions – since 2020, a range of curated gallery spaces have been created in unloved and/or everyday settings in the community and we are delighted to present six solo and group exhibitions as part of the Winter Series. Designers, artists, musicians, and creative practitioners in the Mana and Ōtaki electorates are invited to our 600 membership group to connect with other creatives.
